All of our ovens have the latest technology, thermal coating, special masses, total temperature control, digital thermometer, pyroligneous extractor, and relief valve (preventing explosions) as in conventional ovens.

​The oven produces charcoal from any wood, from eucalyptus to bamboo, which, in fact, had an excellent yield of charcoal for steel mills, industries, fertilization, soil correction, and for capturing pyroligneous extract.

​Our ovens do not need maintenance nor do they suffer from climate changes during burning and after closing, such as mud, leaks, rain, wind, cold. Unlike conventional models (country model, termite), our ovens currently are the best way of producing charcoal because with this equipment you have total control over the temperature, this way you avoid wasting wood and the production of wate is almost 0%. In addition, the collection of pyroligneous material has a yield of 800 to 1300 liters per cycle (batch), this being a revolutionary product that when commercialized can generate a very high profit, making charcoal production a secondary issue.
